Loss from dishonest buyer
I have spoken to 3 different representatives from eBay in the past 4 days & each time I was assured that the buyer french*vanilla would not receive a full refund on a transaction where she purchased 12 dinner & 12 luncheon plates from me. She sent 8 of each back and kept 4 of each. I was also told she would not have the ability of leaving me negative feedback. This transaction & the way eBay has handled this has been a total nightmare. I have lost money, time & my excellent feedback score. Ebay has made money off of me for the past 22 years and I deserve to be treated better. Allowing your loyal sellers to be ripped off is just as bad as the dishonest buyer.
