The Postal Service is aware of the frustration and disappointment caused when we do not live up to our commitment of safe and reliable mail service.
We have investigated the handling of your package with tracking number 9400150899563118876082 and unfortunately the package was delivered incorrectly. We also were unable to recover the package.

We should note that the claim may be initially denied due to the presence of a delivery scan, but you will have up to three appeals with which to state your case for reimbursement, including the delivery details noted above.

We are requesting for them to waive any fees and resend the mail piece. Most companies/vendors are willing to work with their customers especially if the error did not occur on your part.
