Loop mobile
I bought my son a phone from loop mobile. The phone was to aid with his disability but utilizing an app to alter us. After a week it kept freezing so I return it to be fixed - same problem occurred so putting his life at risk. I can’t raise a dispute with eBay because seller closed the option - how do I resolve this as I’m not getting any resolution with the above is there an eBay complaints process that isn’t triggered by selecting the item because it comes up as ‘technical error’. Thanks
