Looks like the parameters changed to populate USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Padded Envelope?
Cannot seem to populate USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Padded Envelope in the shipping selections for selling.
When I attempt to "sell a similar item" that already was set with USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Padded Envelope shipping, the shipping is defaulted to usps ground. I've tried multiple different sizes to get it to populate on the list, as this was the specific way to get them before 12 x 9 x 1, but to no avail!
