"Looks like something is missing."

Question

I'm trying to create a listing, but I can't because I keep getting a message that says "Looks like something is missing. Please fix any issues and try again." It wants me to add a return policy and the package size, but there is nowhere below to enter than information. This is happening in two separate listings. I'm not a regular user, but I did just created two other listings and that went fine. In fact, one just sold.

Try using the Advanced listing form or if you already are, log out, clear your cache and log back in so you have a fresh listing page.

I used the listing tool in the Seller Hub and that fixed the problem. Thank you, all!

@tf31351 It sounds like you might have been opted in to Business Policies but they are not set up. I recommend OPTING OUT on the upper right of this page until you are selling more items>
