Looks like I've been ripped off on eBay -- again

Question

Impossible to reach eBay on the phone. But they don't want to talk to me. I got ripped off in 2016 for 200 dollars by JDGParts07 and eBay and PayPal shielded the seller from me recovering even one penny. Looks like I've been ripped off -- again. It's impossible to get any information from any source and I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN I'D GET RIPPED AGAIN !!! My bad but I am still going after my money back. eBay claiming ALL DAY LONG is "outside normal business hours". Oh, REALLY ? Am ripped off again. eBay...

If you are trying to call eBay, there are no incoming phone lines. They all say it's outside of business hours. You can have them call you, though.

I can provide advice right here is you tell me what happened. I can provide you the steps to take that will help you get a refund if you tell me exactly what happened.

Scroll to the Bottom of the page similar to your question

1) Click "Contact Us" or the ? then:

In the CHAT WINDOW

2) Type "I need help"
3) Click "Selling" (or your topic)
4) Type "Agent" in the chat window
5) You may need to click "Something Else" or "More Options" or type "Agent" a few more times
6) Click “Have Us Call You” (or "Chat with an Agent")

-- If you use a call filter on your phone, turn it off temporarily, or it might block the incoming call.
