Looks like Ebay messed up a payment from buyer
Ebay moved item I sold to paid. but there is nothing showing paid. I called them Friday and they
reported it. I can't get in touch with them today. The phone does not give me the options I need
and won't send me to customer service. Buyer shows paid from his account that went through.
If I click ship it says don't ship buyer has not paid. It's been 24 hours and nothing. HELP!

Mentor3 years agoAt the link below, you can request a call back from eBay by clicking Have us call you on the left side of the page. If you don't see that option, click Chat with our automated assistant. Then type "agent" at the bottom in the chat box. You'll see an option to request a call back there.
