Looking up old tracking numbers
I purchased something 8 months ago and by my own fault I forgot to put my unit number in the shipping address. The tracking number did state that the package would be returned to seller due to incorrect address. I asked the seller about the item and I provided item number, date of transaction, tracking number, and all my info. The seller then told me he can’t help me because the tracking number no longer works when looked up on USPS.com. Any help or ideas would be much appreciated! Cheers

Mentor2 years agoEbay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. You have purchase protection from eBay for 30 days after you paid. Because it has been eight months since this transaction, eBay will not be able to get involved. You might be able to file a claim with your financial institution, but they also have deadlines.
