Looking to return a guest order
Hiya, hope someone can help. So I placed and order as a guest for two pairs of crocs. I received them, no problems. Except I felt one of them I could size up so my son has room to grow into them. So I then made an ebay account and placed another order for the size up. Now that I keep trying to return the previous ones from the guest order, I put in the order and it say “something went wrong - page cannot be foundâ€. It keeps trying to connect my return request to the order I placed under my new ebay account. I’m about to drive miles away just to return these tinys crocs to the crocs outlet 😞

You cannot use your Ebay account to find the the guest order.
Log out of your Ebay account and find your guest Order Confirmation email from Ebay.
