Looking for advice on jewelry quality
Hello - I purchased a natural bracelet from a jewelry seller 2 months ago. The return window closed about one month ago. I wore the bracelet 3 times and on the third time one of the stones fell completely out from its metal casing. I wrote to the seller about the quality issue and they told me the return window closed. I respect seller's business but i am disappointed that fine jewelry bracelet is only supposed to last 2 months. What r my options as a buyer? Thanks for any feedback.
