eBay is not here; this is a user forum. eBay has no public way for a user to look up a name and connect it to a username.
If the message was sent from an eBay user via eBay messages, check your eBay message inbox.
If not, why would an eBay user send you an email rather than an eBay message? How would that user know your email address?
If you think the message is something other than spam or phishing, use the context of the email message to look up the user's social media; if the user is a seller, there may be a link to the eBay account.
