If you know the seller username, you can search for the seller's items for sale on the Advanced Search page:
https://www.ebay.com/sch/ebayadvsearch?_sofindtype=0&_byseller=1#byseller
Likewise, you can search by store name:
https://www.ebay.com/sch/ebayadvsearch?_sofindtype=7
