Look at item
Why is it that I look at a item and the site assumes I want to buy it. When I am looking it's called browsing and not buying. This is very anoring. I have to go though and deny these things. STOP IT!!!!!!

That usually happens because eBay marks some viewers as “interested buyers.” It can happen if you look at the same listing more than once, search for the same item several times, or open the listing again while researching.
When that happens the seller gets a button Send offers to interested buyers and may send a discounted offer.
It does not mean you tried to buy the item
The seller cannot see who specifically viewed the listing
You can simply decline the offer or ignore it and it will expire
I usually get a bit upset about those too at first, especially when I am just researching items and not planning to buy yet. After a while I got used to it. I do a lot of research and open many listings when comparing items and I still don’t get those offers very often.
When I receive them I usually just decline them and move on. It’s simply an automated marketing feature on eBay, not something the seller is doing personally.
