Long delayed item. Seller agrees to refund me,but...
I ordered an item from a seller on August 6,2025. The seller told me it would take extra time to get it from their supplier. However,it still has not arrived. I contacted the seller who now agrees to refund me. They are asking me to open a dispute for them to do so but I no longer have the option probably due to the length of time.Is there any way to get that option back to do this?

Mentor8 months agoYou are passed the 30 dead line to open a dispute on ebay, or for seller to refund through ebay. Seller will have to send funds to your PayPal email address. If he fails to do so you may still have a chance to open a dispute through the payment processor you used to pay for the item if still under 180 days.
