I am locked out of my account. The website says to "contact us" but i am unable to speak to anyone. Any suggestions?

Mentor3 years agoAdditionally, if you use that "Need help signing in?" link, and then use the "Reset" option, there should be a contact link specifically for users having problems signing in.

·3 years agoOn the log in screen, enter your username.
On the password screen, click the link "Need help signing in?"
Choose "Sign in without a password"
eBay will then text a code to your registered phone or email.
