Hello,
I am unable to utilize the bid, buy it now or make an offer feature on my computer. I have read up on the possibilities listed as potential reasons for this. None of them apply.
When I attempt to make a bid or to buy it now, a blue line appears around that portion of the screen and that is all that results. I have not received any response to my question from eBay.
I would appreciate advice. Thank you.

Mentor2 years agoWhat operating system version are you using? Many mac users with OS 10 versions seem to have problems lately, along with some OS 11 users if they cannot install the latest version of a popular browser.
Do you have another computer or a phone you can use to add items to your Watch List or to bid or add items to your cart?

OP2 years agoHello and thank you for your reply. The system seems to have reset itself. I still have no idea why it locked me out or why it chose to let me back in.
I use an Apple IPad, but, I will keep your advice in mind as I intend to figure out the how and why.

Mentor2 years agoYou are very welcome. Judging by some of the responses to similar threads, it appears that eBay has changed whatever was causing this problem for OS 10 users last week.
