    I purchased a MacBook Air on eBay and I believed everything worked fine until the latest update reverted my MacBook to the original owner. Which is not me. It has been past the return window and the seller has not responded back. I have brought it to the Apple Store and talked with Apple support and they will not help or less I can provide an original receipt from an Apple Store or have the original owner turn off the devices from the find my device. Any help will be greatly appreciated
