Locating Shipping Label for Return
I sold an item that arrived damaged in shipping. I issued a refund and paid for return shipping. Buyer does not know how to access the return shipping label I purchased via ebay, and I do not see on my end as buyer - just the receipt that I purchased shipping. The return was closed the day after I accepted the return. And I cannot get through to an ebay customer service rep - only chat bot and helpful articles loop. Any advice would be appreciated.

Always get the item back and then refund the buyer.
Once you issue a refund the buyer can NOT access the eBay return label and there is no motivation for the buyer to return the item.
You will not be charged for the eBay label since it won't be used.
Hope you have an honest buyer.
You can send the buyer a return shipping label in eBay messages as a JPEG. Buy the label on Pirateship.com. They refund you for the label if it's not used within 30 days. They charge the same commercial base rates as eBay.
