Locating EBAY Domestic Hub for shipping from US to Canada
Greetings, problem here concerning shipping. If anyone can help that would be great!
I have a buyer for an item of mine. Under my "view item details" I see he is located inside the US. So an invoice is sent for media mail (record album) at just under 5 dollars. However his address provided to me by ebay looks very strange , so I message him to double check. He says that is old and he now resides in Canada. Also that he has already paid for the item plus about 20 dollars for shipping thru his PayPal. He even sent me a copy of his PayPal receipt.
So...my computer still indicates his in the US. I've tried contacting ebay several times...but no response.
Question is: can I still send the album to the "ebay domestic hub" for processing and forwarding to Canada? IF so, how do I locate that address? Many thanks!

You are required to ship to the address provided by Ebay, NOT a different address given by the buyer and never rely on "Paypal receipts", those can be faked easily.
Either ship to the address Ebay gave you or cancel the transaction specifying "problem with address".
