need to contact the sellar that goes by the name of [Removed by Moderator] to ask him a question. I do not have a current listing that affords me the option of “contact the sellarâ€

You need a Seller's eBay ID, this is a public forum and not eBay.
With a Seller's eBay ID you can use the Advanced filter link to the right of the eBay Search window and scroll down to the Seller section and type in the Seller's ID ... then Search for their items. Once you find them you can use the Contact link on one of their listings to reach out to them if they are still Selling on eBay.
