Locating a purchased item using the Item ID and/or the Order Number
I have no idea as to how I can use my Item ID or my Order Number to locate the purchased item. Please provide a solution to me.

Using a desktop browser, go to your Purchase History and use the search field there to search by item title, item number or order number. Be sure to use the exact number in the exact format (using the dashes for the order number).
You should be able to search as far back as 2017 or so.
