Local Pickup vs Mailing Sold Items
I offered an item for sale with either local pickup or mailing options. The items sold and the buyer would like to meet for local pickup. How do I update the listing post-sale to reflect local pickup so I don't wind up on the EBay bad boy list for not shipping according to their timelines? TIA!

·1 year agoHas the buyer already paid? If not, you can send an invoice with the shipping method adjusted to Local Pickup, and then when they pay it will register as a Local Pickup order and give you the proper procedures for that (including giving the buyer a QR code/6 digit number to provide at pickup). If they've already paid and selected a different shipping option at checkout, then you'd need to cancel the order and let them repurchase with Local Pickup selected.
