LOCAL PICKUP ONLY

Question

I posted an item that is very large. THE POST STATES EVERYWHERE, that is is LOCAL PICK UP ONLY, ROCKY MOUNT, NC.

I accepted a lower offer just to get rid of the item, and I specified again, IT IS LOCAL PICKUP ONLY, ROCKY MOUNT, NC. The buyer has not paid as yet, but responds with a message, what is the shipping charge to OHIO. So I responded again, the post states LOCAL PICKUP ONLY, ROCKY MOUNT, NC, SHIPPING IS NOT AN OPTION.

How do I rescind the offer, because I do not want to go back and forth with this buyer???

If 4 days have passed since the item was purchased, on the fifth day you can cancel for nonpayment, giving the buyer an unpaid item strike. At that point you can relist.

OR

You could go ahead and cancel with the reason, Problem With Buyers Address (since they live too far away to collect the item).
