Local Pickup
Buyer purchased item as Local Pickup. Now asks that I ship out of state. I don't want to do this because I will lose eBay seller protection. Buyer has paid. I have emailed buyer and asked that they request a cancellation so we can begin again. Buyer will not respond.

You must always ship to the address provided at checkout.
Is the buyer aware that the chairs are not included? Never show pictures of items that are not including in the listing.

OP1 year agoBuyer paid eBay and funds are on hold. I have asked that buyer request cancellation as I will not ship. Buyer has gone silent and will not respond. I'm considering doing nothing because she will eventually want her money on hold with eBay. Or, I can cancel with reason of Buyer Request or Shipping Address Issue. I want to cancel because buyer seems very sketchy. But, don't want to be charged fees. Four days now gone by.

Including how refunds work.
If you cancel as problem with buyers address or if the buyer requests a cancelation you DO get your sellers fees back. Refunds come from your back up payment method for selling costs, not processing funds.
