Scratch that! After looking at what the item is you can NOT ship it. It will cost WAAAY more than $500 to ship this freight. Don't offer to ship freight for the buyer either. This should have been listed with Local Pick Up only and NO shipping offered.
Let the buyer know that if they wish to have it shipped that they will need to arrange their OWN freight shipping. The dining table may have to be crated before being shipped freight. Are they aware that it is ONLY the table and not the chairs? NEVER show items that are not included in the listing in the photo.
If they do choose to arrange their own freight then be sure to get the 6 digit code on pick up before you release the item to the shipping company.
The 6 digit code acts like tracking and is your proof of delivery. You select arrange pick up on the app or enter the code on the sold item in seller hub.
If you have to refund the buyer I hope you have a good credit card on file to "float" the refund amount.

Refunds, even for order cancellations, come out of your available funds not pending or held. If you do not have available funds then eBay charges your back up payment method for selling costs.
Have you entered your backup payment method for selling costs here: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs. I use a credit card.
Once you issue the refund and the buyers funds are released from being held or finish processing then the buyers payment is released to you.
