Local pick up item not being picked up

Question

I listed a massage chair clearly stating local pickup up only. I'm in NC, buyer in NJ. She requested that I ship it. I responded no. She said she would have someone pick it up and ship it to her. I responded pick up person must have buyers code or I won't release the chair. I then sent message stating that when she had arrangements for pick up I would send her exact address. After 24 hours her response is simply OK.

What recourse do I have? Can I cancel the sale? Are funds held till pick up or released after 14 days? Suggestions and insights appreciated. Item was listed as Buy It Now.

Ebay shows this chair was sold May 13. I typically give Buyers 10 days or two weekends, to pick up.

You could email her one last time and tell her that you need the chair picked up by xxx, using the pick up code eBay sent, or you will need to refund and relist.

If you need to, then refund for problem with Buyer's address and relist.
