local pick up
I have almost zero experience selling at eBay; I hope you can help me determine how to resolve the following issue. I sold an item, and the buyer paid thru eBay; I did not have the option of local pick up, but the buyer wanted to pick up the article because he lives in the area, and the item is heavy. What is the best practice to avoid being scammed?
