Local Pick Up
My buyer selected local pickup as the shipping choice - this won’t work as we are 2,000 miles apart. I suggested they cancel the order and we start over because I am afraid of messing up my seller rating but if I cancel the order will it affect my seller rating ?? Does anyone know?? I think selecting local pickup instead of shipping was an honest mistake on the buyer’s part.

Mentor2 years ago@happyclontz Cancel as buyer requested OR problem with buyers address. Neither will hurt your rating. The problem with buyers address can affect the buyers account if they have to many cancelation requests.
Then you refund the buyer and relist with Shipping. This is why I recommend only offering Local Pick Up as an option for items that are too large or too fragile to ship. This is a frequent problem.
