Local Pick up.
The seller and I have agreed to a local pick up after sale.
Ebay has taken postage cost.
The seller needs a QR code to confirm delivery when I pick up or Ebay wont release funds.
How do I get a QR code from ebay?
How do I get cost of postage back?

Ask the seller to cancel your purchase as buyer requested, then relist it with local pickup as an option. Then you buy it with local pickup. You can not get a qr code unless the item is purchased with local pickup.
