Local pick-up
I’m interested in an item that is being sold by someone local. It has a “make an offer†option. The person may have several items, but the are rather expensive. I’d like to arrange a local pick-up to view the item(s), before purchasing any more than one. Can I use the steps in described in “local pickup†to do this, without violating EBay policy?
