L.O.A. Not received
Summary: mi_650728 purchased a signed Leroy Neiman lithograph that was meant to include a Letter of Authenticity (LOA) but did not find it in the package. After unsuccessfully trying to contact the seller and only receiving automated responses from eBay, mi_650728 seeks advice on how to resolve the issue, noting the seller's previous responsiveness before the purchase.
I recently purchase a Signed Leroy Neiman Litho and just opened it the other day. I had the picture sent to my daughters house where it sat unopened for a week or so. The purchase was supposed to include a JSA LOA which was shown with the listing. They (the LOA) weren't included in the box. I tried to contact the seller and haven't heard back. I've also reached out to EBAY and was only able to get with a automated assistant. No help what's so ever. What can I do to resolve this? The seller had no problem responding to my emails before the purchase, but now I'm not hearing anything.

Mentor1 month agoIf the item you received is not as described, you need to go to your Purchase History, locate the item and click RETURN THIS ITEM. Click the MORE option so you can select Not as Described. The seller will have to accept the return and provide a prepaid shipping label for the item's return. PRINT THE LABEL, affix it to the package. Make sure the clerk at the post office scans the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller has 2 days to refund you. If no refund. go back to the Returns Request and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
