Live Support Currently Unavailable? $12k Item Lost in Limbo

I have an item lost in limbo at an eBay location. It's over $12k. Fought through multiple hang ups and bad connections with eBay staff and TWICE was able to reach someone that said they'd help and they'd call back by end of day and then nothing. Now I'm getting the message Live support is currently unavailable at 2:00PM on a Wednesday afternoon. My customer is about to cancel the order causing a $12,500 chargeback and my item is lost in the eBay system (confirmed received by eBay with signature)...

If you are unable to get a call back, that may be for several reasons; a location outside of North America, VOIP phone, and call blockers (personal or that of a service provider) are often issues.

Thanks. I did try. Sent messages. BTW, a few minutes after complaining on this forum that my access to Customer Service was blocked, it was miraculously available again. It had been "closed" to me since this morning and I tried every 1/2 hour. Amazing how that worked.

I found out what the issue is. Customer Service isn't closed, I'm blocked from it. Apparently I have used it too much in the last couple of days so I don't get the "Have us call you" option anymore. I'm blocked. I have a $12,500 item in eBay's possession that I can't get back and I can't even call anyone to find out more. So much for 25+ years of loyalty to this site with different IDs.
