I haven't used eBay live streaming as either a buyer or a seller, but below are the eBay help topics on the subject. Note there are limitation on who can live stream and what you can sell using live streaming.

There are two things I would suggest before even thinking about live streaming...
First, I would be a few items (they can be inexpensive and/or things you would normally buy elsewhere) to earn some feedback as a buyer and learn how eBay works from a buyer point of view. Many buyers will not buy from sellers who have zero feedback experience.
Then I would list some non-items to sell and earn feedback as a seller so you become familiar with how eBay works from a seller's point of view.
