Live person customer service
Is there a live customer service person that I can talk to? I initiated a return and the seller in China gave a fake address and so I cannot send it back. EBAY did not let me ask for help on this case.

eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat using this link:
1. CLICK THIS LINK: https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4191&st=10
2. Choose your contact method from the left hand side of the page.
( If you receive the automated chat assistant type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the right department)
Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
