-Are your funds on hold? If so you are a newer Seller and funds on transactions under $ 1,000 can be held for up to 21 days.

OP2 years agoI need to file a complaint against a buyer. The buyer made me an offer and I immediately accepted and printed the shipping label. I took extreme care packaging the item because of its rarity and because of the glass on the frame. The item was delivered and two weeks later the buyer is saying that he received an empty box. He is committing fraud. He wants to keep the item and expects his money back. I reported him, but I would like to know what else I can do. I am also upset because I left him positive feedback because of his quick payment. I wish I had waited because it won’t let me change it. I did add feedback stating that he is trying to defraud me. Is there something else I should be doing?
