-Use the Help & Contact link on the eBay page. Select a topic closest to your issue, it may take several steps but if phone service is available the "Have us call you" link will appear on the left side of the page below the Chat feature
-Use the Chat feature
-Post your question(s) here, we are volunteer Buyers and Sellers assisting other members. We have NO access to accounts and if your issue requires direct contact with eBay you will be advised accordingly.
