Live dwarf shrimp from sellers gubshrimp and ironman702

Question

They are stating free shipping but then do a separate transaction through a mailing company in Tarzana Ca and charging people shipping charges for the items stating free shipping.

I got charged $59.97 gubshrimp

I got charged $11.52 Ironman702

These charges were through a shipping plane called Tarzana Mail Box and Notary at 18960 Ventura Blvd, Tarzana Ca 91356

For one how can this be done without my ok? How do they get my cats info when only ebay should have that?
