Live Customer Service Representative
I have a problem and need to speak to a live customer service representative. Is this even possible because I keep getting in a virtual loop and never can get to a live person

You can ask questions right here to get an answer for many questions. Just reply with the question or start a new topic with specific title.
There is no incoming phone number for buyers or sellers. If you want a call back from eBay Customer Service, here is how to get a call or chat:
Start at an article close to your question (you can look from here: https://www.ebay.com/help/home)
Scroll to the Bottom of the page similar to your question
1) Click "Contact Us" then:
In the CHAT WINDOW
2) Type "I need help"
3) Click "Selling" (or your topic)
4) Type "Agent" in the chat window
5) You may need to click "Something Else" or "More Options" or type "Agent" a few more times
6) Click “Have Us Call You†(or "Chat with an Agent")
-- If you use a call filter on your phone, turn it off temporarily, or it might block the incoming call.

OP1 year agoMy problem is that a seller canceled two of my orders because the bids were extremely low. They state that they are being canceled due to out of stock or damaged but yet you can turn right around and look at the sellers additional items for sale and find both of the items That were canceled have been relisted immediately. I feel the seller only canceled my orders because the winning bid was extremely low and now the new listing is for a buy it now with a price. I have a feeling this is not the first time this has happened from the seller and would like someone to look into it. I don’t think it’s fair that they canceled my order without any notice and then relisted the items. How do I get someone to help me with this matter?

If the seller canceled for "out of stock" or "damaged", the seller has a defect on their account. eBay automatically penalizes sellers for doing that.
eBay can't force the seller to ship, but they do penalize sellers who do not ship.
(If the seller cancelled for "buyer asked to cancel" and you didn't ask to cancel, you should report that).
If you want to share the listing numbers, I can look at them.
You can also report the seller here, if you wish

OP1 year agoOn the first order the original listing number 396098948024 was for “123G Natural Crystal Fluorite Butterfly Wings Healing Statue Decor + Standâ€. I won this auction for $.16. The seller sent something that stated it was canceled because it was out of stock or damaged but yet When the cancellation went through, I noticed it stated that My request for cancellation had been processed or something of that sort.
here is one really good way to confirm that they have relisted the same product. If you go to the original listing and then click on the seller’s name and ask to view more items from the seller. When you scroll down the very first two wing pics/listings you come across will be the two new listings (396049600110 for $ $26.60 buy it now and 396080654137 for $24.50 buy it now.) They have relisted it twice as a buy it now listings that are two dollars differ to. It’s obvious that it is the same item because the pictures are identical and the weight is identical if you look at all the other wings, they are a little different in appearance and weight. None are exactly the same.
The second order that was canceled by the seller and has all of the same issues except the product information and order numbers are as follows. The second order was for “92G Natural Crystal Fluorite Butterfly Wings Healing Statue Decor + Stand†and was originally item number was 396098951910 with a winning bid amount was for $.01. The new listing information is item numbers (396049601514 for $26.60 buy it now and 396080657454 for $24.50 buy it now.) these new listings can be verified the exact same way as the previous explanation. In the new listings, the pictures, descriptions, and weights are the exact same as well as the sellers reasoning, and then comment to me.
again I feel this is not the first time this has happened as the sellers are coming up with all kinds of creative ways to get out of the auction commitment. If someone could look into this as well as maybe the history hopefully, we can find out the truth. I have also noticed that some of the sellers are just changing their user IDs and starting over when they have bad reviews because someone that has been his business for a while and only has 30 sales is a little fishy. Anyway, thank you for your help. I appreciate it and just wanted to bring this to someone’s attention. Please let me know the determination.

I'm sorry that happened.
I am a fellow seller, not eBay customer service, so I can't make an official determination.
Here's the 1st auction you won
https://www.ebay.com/itm/396098948024
123G Natural Crystal Fluorite Butterfly Wings Healing Statue Decor + Stand
Relisted: https://www.ebay.com/itm/396049600110
Here's the 2nd auction you won
https://www.ebay.com/itm/396098951910
92G Natural Crystal Fluorite Butterfly Wings Healing Statue Decor + Stand
Relisted: https://www.ebay.com/itm/396080657454
If the seller cancelled for "buyer asked to cancel" as the official reason in the cancelation confirmation from eBay, you should report that.
Here is where to report that seller: https://www.ebay.com/help/action?topicid=4022
Choose "The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies"
Click the blue button
Choose "Seller doesn’t want to complete the sale"
Complete the form with the seller name
and the 2 auctions that they canceled (you don't have to explain about the relisted items)
396098948024
and
396098951910
Say "I wanted these items. I didn't ask to cancel. Seller said I asked to cancel which isn't true."

OP1 year agoI can even provide the item numbers for the original orders and the new listings And the pictures are identical on both of the new orders.
