Appears we no longer can contact a live customer service person, after 25 years with this eBay program with all it's changes, this is absolutely unacceptable!

Members CAN contact Ebay Customer Service.
Ebay Customer Service does not have a direct phone line because the agents are each working in different locations.
You can use the following link to request a call back from a CS rep or to chat online with an agent:
