Hello,
I hope you’re doing well. I’m writing from Chile because I need urgent help with my purchase.
I bought several items (mostly perfumes), and around 80% appear to be counterfeit. I have photographic evidence of the differences and would like to provide that.
I’ve also requested a callback via the “Call Us / Have Us Call You†option, but the call was never returned, and I’m not receiving any follow-up.
Could you please provide me with a direct live chat link or a phone number I can call (from Chile or internationally) so I can resolve this matter? I’d like to keep everything official and documented through eBay’s support channels.
