Live chat doesn't work
I’m having an issue with Ebay that I’m trying to resolve with a live chat agent. I click the big blue “Contact Us†button and a chat window does open, but the message input field is disabled. I can’t type anything. All I see in the input box is the gray text “Select an option to continue…†The chat only shows old messages from August, and I can’t click anything in this odd window. How can I get the chat working again?
