    Live Animal Listing Policy
                     

    Last night I noticed a live animal (dog) listing on eBay. I have filed 2 reports with eBay with no results. Both said it didn't violate their policy. But when I review the policy online - it looks to me like it's a violation. How do I escalate this further? I can't seem to get anywhere with the online reporting system.  I am concerned about the safety and welfare of this dog. Thanks for your help.

    @settle2.  Please share the item number and I'll make sure it's taken down. 

     

        We just went through this with another dog listing.   It took reports from multiple people to convince the AI which is absolutely ridiculous.   We Mentors have been discussing the AI failure to remove obvious policy violations with eBay staff.
