how do I get a live agent? Does ebay even have live agents? I purchased an item through ebay, never received the item. Ebay says I never made a purchase with them, even though I have an email confirming my purchase. The seller is not responding to my emails, and now ebay says the seller is no longer with them. What are my options?

If you are ultimately unable to get a refund from eBay, you may still have recourse through your payment method. PayPal and most credit cards offer up to six months protections from the purchase date.
