Is there a number that I can call to speak to someone at eBay? I have been trying to download the return label for an item but I keep getting an error message that says “Something went wrong. It’s us not you. Go back and try again.” I have only been able to communicate with chat assistance and the seller who does not have any information. Someone please help.

Make sure you are not signed in to a different eBay account than the one you used to make the original purchase.
If you purchased as a guest, first sign out of your current eBay account before using the link in the email that eBay sent regarding the guest purchase, or else right click on the link and choose to open using a private or incognito browser window.
