Little help please
I sold an as is, used vintage Waterford sterling shaker set (martini shaker, small ice bucket and platter) for a mere $22. I saw nothing wrong and promptly shipped. I’m new to selling, this was my 3rd sale. I have received messages that the buyer claims it’s all “scratchedâ€. I even took it to a professional shipping and packing store. She’s hounding me for a replacement platter. What do I do?

Mentor8 months agoIf the buyer files a Return Request with a valid reason per the Ebay Money Back Guarantee, you will be required to comply with the request.
