Litte faith left
8 months to try to recover a store after account take over I was forced to close it last week. After over 120 phone calls no clear directions on how to recover from this. My closed store, I was told early termination fees would be waved yet the early termination fees are hitting my checking account for over $179. After talking to 3 people we couldn't seem to give me what was promised. I even sent an email because that's the only way to contact a human and my email was not read properly, I even attached my phone number to call me. No call was made and I got a response that basically said - sorry we can't help you. What a disaster! I don't know how many supervisors I've talked to that promised me my store would be reopened. Ebay has done nothing for me but empty promises. What a complete disappointment. The company is built on sellers yet no follow through is what I get after running a store for almost 20 years. I can't believe I've been paying for ebay to run my business for this long and have to walk away from my business that I put everything into and now it's gone and closed. If I ran my store how this company is ran I would have been closed in my first year. Shame on you ebay. Very disappointed.
