Question

How do I put watched items into "my lists" and then delete those in the "watched items list"? Having redundant items or lists makes it more difficult to know where all my items are stored.
For example if I have several "my lists" with items in them, and then I put more items into the "watched items list" it doesn't take long to lose track of whether or not I have put those items into one of "my lists" or not because of the fact that they remain in the "watched items list" even after moving them to one of "my lists".

eBay recently changed something so that if an item is on multiple lists, deleting the item from the Watch List will also delete the item from the other lists as well.

If you want to move an item from your Watch List to another list and delete it only from the Watch List and still keep the item on the other list, try this:

Go through your Watch List, check the box by a listing you want to move and then open each item you want to move in another browser tab, one tab for each listing you want to move. Then delete the checked items from your Watch List. Go to each open browser tab, and only then add each item to another custom list.
