Listings Unable to be Revised

Question

I uploaded various listings to eBay a while ago. I had my daughter managing the account so she didn’t check for messages and we realized that someone had ordered something so we shipped it immediately the next day. Before we shipped it, it did not allow us to revise any of our listings, and we believed that the problem was that we didn’t ship the item. The item has been shipped since yesterday and we still cannot revise our listings. Why is this?

All of your current listings are fixed price with Best Offer. If there is a pending offer, you cannot make any revisions. What type of revision were you looking to make?

Your item sold March 22, which I assume is the item you are referring to, that was just shipped. I am sure you probably received a defect for late shipping, but if you used ebay shipping, the tracking is automatically uploaded to the order, and should show as Delivered shortly. I don't think this has anything to do with not being able to revise/edit your current listings.

@feathe49 maybe ask your daughter if she mis-managed something, shipping or not shipping an item does not affect other listings to be revised
