Listings that don't follow policy
Hello,
I have a listing that does not comply with eBay's policy.
I want to modify it, but I am unable to do so because the item has already been sold, and the buyers have not yet received it. As a result, the option to make changes to the listing is blocked for me.
At the same time, I am unable to continue selling this item.
What should I do?
How can I edit the listing if it is not possible to update the description?
