Listings & Store populating publicly after account reinstated
Good Morning,
So on July 17th 2023 my account was restricted this was most likely due to me being away from my ebay store during a move within our house which resulted in low sales since I was listing items. Then earlier this month I started listing again and I made a decent amount of sales within 2 weeks. During my restriction my listings were not public whatsoever which was stated in ebays email. Then on July 19th 2023 ebay requested addtional information which I provided that same day. Yesterday on July 24th 2023 my account was reinstated but it's seems like my store/listing were not. It shows 121 active listings at this time but none of them are populating in either my store or general listing for public viewing. I was able to get a ebay CS agent on the phone from Dublin who was very nice and helpful but at time that the call was made according to him their sales team department wasn't open at the time as they would be the ones to help better with this issue but he did put my information together and asked to try back in a hour or two.
In the meantime I figured I share my issue here in hopes that someone would have some info or advice on how I can go about fixing this issue. It's very fusrtating enough that my account was restricted but I need to get back to listing and selling as it's a very important part of my income.
